In Person - The Alex Theatre Box Office is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM and on performance days until one-half hour after the scheduled start time of the event.
Tickets can also be purchased 7 days per week from 11:00 am to 7:00 PM at The Americana at Brand Ticket Outlet located at Concierge Services in the Grand Lobby (889 Americana Way). There is a service charge for in person purchases.
